Hi, Mum and I purchased a Swiftquilter off you a while ago, and we just wanted to let you know how happy we are with it. Since we got the new machine bed off you we have not had a single problem. It is so easy to set up, and use, and we recommend it to anyone who will listen!! Pleased to tell you that the frame arrived late yesterday afternoon, as yet I have not had time to assemble it but have read the instructions a couple of times, so can't see any dramas.
As none of my group of ladies knows about your quilting frame, and we understand the reasons for not coming to the quilting show, they will just have to come and view it here when it is set up.
Many thanks for your help and prompt service, and I feel confident that if I have any problems you will help me out.

Thanks so much for the fast delivery, the swiftquilter arrived on Saturday morning well packed and in top condition . By Monday afternoon there wasn't a thing left unquilted in my sewing room. My Janome 9000 works really well with it although a machine with a deeper throat would mean larger designs and less moves but I'll work up to the new machine. The swiftquilter has now moved to my friends house (we went halves) and I must say the moving and setting up again is incredibly easy and fast. Thanks for an unreal product, I can't see much housework happening anytime soon. Might look at getting the front arm for it though as the visibility may be better, shall keep in touch. Thanks again for a great product, well done!

My new Juki TL98P arrived on Thursday and I finally had time to play last night. All I can say is WOW, what a difference. I think it really was my machine before that just wasn't made for machine quilting on a frame. I put it on the Swiftquilter and will do the first stitches on the quilt I have loaded today. (I bet I end up ripping out all the stitches that I made with the other machine because they will look so inferior!)

Just to say how pleased I am with the Juki. I have just finished a quilt for a friends 70th birthday it was a celtic design ?M? with the bias binding interwoven knots so I decided to freemotion quilt it. As this was the first time with the Juki, second time for me, I was amazed at the easiness of the freemotion. I felt there was 3 times as much control as my old Janome and I tend to be a perfectionist but even I was pleased with the result.

Dear Clive received my Quilter all in sound condition and followed your instructions to the letter. I drank the tea at a later date.
I have since been using to quilter with metallic thread and seem to have mastered the speed etc. O.K.
I am absolutely delighted with the look and am pleased I invested in one.

Hi Clive, Just an update on the quilting frame, a friend and I played with it for the first time yesterday, we are both very impressed with it,found it very easy to use.Am using it with a Janome 6000PDB.

In one word, fantastic - I couldn't be more delighted! I was amazed at how quickly I got to grips with it and how easily the machine bed moves, giving smooth turns where need be, and sharp accurate points when required. I began with meandering, progressed to swirls, advanced to hearts, leaves and flowers, and accelerated into writing - all this was done before I'd reached the half way point on a quilt I'd made my husband, who'd told me to "just go for it girl" - so I did and he's got the lot!! I think what made it such fun to do was the simplicity in setting up the frame and the ease in using the machine bed. My husband was so impressed with my first efforts in using the frame he immediately set to work to build me a bench to keep it permanently set up - he's even made a cutting board that fits snuggly over the floor of the frame that I can use when I'm not quilting. I've had a couple of quilts professionally quilted in the past - which was expensive and somebody elses designs. I can now claim full ownership of my quilts. I really can't speak highly enough about the Swiftquilter and what it's enabled me to achieve.

I am a very satisfied customer of Swiftquilter and the Juki.
You were very patient with your pre-sales service, answering my many questions, and your after-sales service was excellent.
I put the Swiftquilter together very easily, following the written instructions and I am now on my 5th quilt. I have added the extensions and am successfully completing a king-size quilt.
I find the Swiftquilter very easy to use, even with a large quilt, and it has more than met my expectations in improving the quality and speed of my quilting.
My stack of UFOs is dimishing by the day!
The Juki machine just hums along and being able to replace the bobbin from the side and to wind a new bobbin without re-threading the machine, saves heaps of time.
As I get more confident with my new quilting tools I am finding that I can extend my creativity, I am definitely adding that third dimension to my quilts.

Just a note to let you know that
Happiness is .....................not having to struggle quilting a 7' by 7' quilt!
I jumped in at the deep end and after a wee practise run quilted a Batik fabric quilt 7' by 7'.
As the fabrics did not need much I just did a large meander.
It is for a wedding present on Feb 9th and I am very thrilled. My husband was quite taken with the set up and is very keen to have a go.
